"Room was very spacious and a good, efficient set up. Only complaint was shower water pressure and temperature not high enough. Very clean hotel. Nice ballrooms and public spaces. Escalators not working makes it seem like not maintained. It’s a great hotel overall but not fancy. "

"Breakfast was great. The pool and hot tub were great. The shuttle was 20 mins late, so basically one shuttle was just skipped I guess? It’s supposed to come every 20 mins starting at 605. We were there for the 1205 at 1155 and it came at 1225. The driver stacked our luggage and then as soon as he turned the corner it all crashed down and kept crashing back and forth with every turn. "

"When we arrived we were told there was no valet. Also, parking is validated when you were a guest at zanies or sugar factory, so why were we charged for parking? The room door (257) was not opening or shutting properly. We let them know it had issues. They said they would contact maintenance. Only plus was walking to zanies and sugar factory. Lastly, it was very noisy-our room heard street honks and all the business noise. I don’t know if there are quieter rooms throughout but this one was loud. "

"We had an issue with our main door. Took them a couple of times before they finally changed our room. Overall, it was a good stay. Loved the room, would definitely stay here again."
