"Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful hotel right on the beach. Would absolutely recommend and stay again. Staff was friendly and helpful. Close walk to the beach and to the dock area with plenty of dining options and Casino. Indoor pool is a big plus for when weather isn’t ideal for outdoor pool and beach. My kids enjoyed the kids club child care for the adults to get a break. Breakfast buffet was fabulous. Can’t wait to return and stay here again. "

"I’m confident it will be better over time, but right now they have quite a bit to work on. Many drinking glass were not cleaned and spider web on some chairs. Despite >85% empty (my assumption) we got an apartment where we had to go up some stairs to reach it. No elevator and not possible to change. The reception is not very quick or helpful. Took 10 minutes from the got or passports until check in was done, or even more. On the plus side, it’s rather affordable to be this section of...

"This is a great little hotel very close to Santa Apolonia station. Great views of the water, very clean, comfortable beds, great shower and conveniently located. Good communication with the host and clear instructions for entry. I would definitely recommend this place."

"Paula was an amazing host and flexible to our family needs. Very responsive and always helpful. Only tip is to communicate ahead of time to ensure the apartment meet your needs, they have a few different options. We had one that was not ideal for us, but then Paula quickly resolved and was very understanding. Finally, area is walkable don't recommend having a vehicle. Use Bolt in town. "

"Staff was so kind and the hotel was very clean! We were in a populated area and did not find the noise to be bad whatsoever!! Granted we were out for most of the days but had no trouble sleeping at night as the businesses nearby also close early, and because the area is populated we felt very safe when coming back late at night! "Beautiful hotel! First thing you notice upon walking in is the great smell! The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is away from the hussle and bussle of the city but easily accessible to reach either by Uber or a bus to ferry. The ferry ride is amazing especially around sunset. The hotel has a great rooftop bar and pool where you can also relax while the sun goes down. Overall this was a great experience and if i visit again this will be my hotel of choice"

"Quinta de la Rosa is exceedingly well run. The experience from check in to check out is just wonderful in several languages (meaning they easily accommodate speakers of multiple languages). The restaurant is excellent. Food delicious, service superb (we especially liked Bruno). Pool is lovely. Design and view of the river. Will go back. Finally, the wine is very strong Wine Spectator has rated many in the 89-91 category and for the price this is super. Loved many but the Touriga Franca single varietal bottle was surprising. "

"The property and staff is OUTSTANDING! Gorgeous! Fabulous service and surroundings!!! ONLY ISSUE is you cannot leave the property to go to dinner or to the beach without paying 110 euros to get there and back. They should have a shuttle to Comporta but do not. No offense to the team it is a gorgeous hotel, pool, restaurant, etc!"
