Five-star hotel with true five-star service! The staff were very helpful and accommodating, and went out their way to make our stay enjoyable. Facilities are stunning (on newer side) and good amenities with tennis/paddle/pickelball courts, gym and heated pool. Only thing missing for a five-star hotel at that price range would be a sauna and/or steam room. Breakfast was included and very good. Would stay again.

Property is very Large and quiet. It has adult and children pool, and good Food. Need a car or ask for golf Cart to reach rooms. Internet is really not good. Small gym, although with very good quality equipment. Perfect for those that want to be alone.

Spending Christmas here was extraordinary. The staff were attentive and friendly. We enjoyed the tranquility of the location as there were so few people / guests staying this time of year.

Beautiful property with great potential, but staff/service needs improvement considering the price. The dinner menu needs improvement as well. Continental breakfast was really great though!

Relaxing and gorgeous

Spatia was amazing - quiet, relaxing, the nicest pool I've seen and exceptional service, particularly from Kiran and Birendra. It is a beautifully kept property. Excellent food and attentive team. Easy to drive into Comporta. Can't recommend highly enough.

The property and staff is OUTSTANDING! Gorgeous! Fabulous service and surroundings!!! ONLY ISSUE is you cannot leave the property to go to dinner or to the beach without paying 110 euros to get there and back. They should have a shuttle to Comporta but do not. No offense to the team it is a gorgeous hotel, pool, restaurant, etc!

The downside to this property we the lack of lighting in the evening - dangerous as we were with my 83 year old father in law . This was a serious problem And needed to use phone light - also very difficult re lack of signs in small writing and no lighting at night x Car park bays ridiculously small with the poles - this was very annoying and dangerous with a bigger suv . However , room was lovely and facilities very nice . Some music would create a nicer atmosphere

The reception staff needs better training. The morning and evening staff don’t communicate, they contradict each other, and there is no accountability. It was almost comical how they had absolutely no answers or solutions to problems caused by their lack of communication. A complete unwiligness to help and take accountability or compensate the guests for problems of their own making...

Ein besonders tolles Hotel, sehr zu empfehlen! Wir hatten ein großzügiges „cabanas“ Zimmer sehr modern eingerichtet. Alles ist neuwertig und sauber - das gilt für das ganze Hotel! Der Service ist wunderbar, alle sind sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit. Einfach Erhung pur! Wichtig zu wissen: man braucht ein Auto, das Hotel ist etwas abgelegen.

Especial mas preço desajustado

Excelente localização, no meio do pinhal, sossego completo e a típica atmosfera da Comporta muito bem representada pelo hotel. Arquitectura e decoração dos interiores também típicos da zona, recepção demasiado pequena, lobby e espaço de refeições com muito bom gosto. Piscina espectacular e fica na memória… as espreguiçadeiras, quase como estar numa cama junto à piscina. Toda o espaço exterior muito bem pensado, nomeadamente a vegetação típica da Comporta. Os quartos podiam ter mais requinte e fica a faltar uma piscina / tanque que poderia ter lugar num dos terraços do quarto (tem um espaço fechado que não percebi a sua utilidade). Alguma desorganização do staff - tivemos que esperar 1 hora para o check in e o almoço não tinha sido registado nos serviços de quarto. Embora todo o staff seja muito atencioso e prestável. Por fim, o preço é o factor mais negativo. Não sendo hotel de 5 estrelas (poderia ser caso tivesse SPA e uma piscina interior), não se justifica este valor, mesmo em Junho (numa noite de Domingo para 2a feira). Preço direcionado para estrangeiros: tanto que um dos elementos do staff nos cumprimentou em inglês. De forma a chamar clientes no inverno seria importante ter um SPA, uma piscina interior e uma lareira no exterior do quarto. Excelente estadia mas o preço tem que ser revisto.
