The exterior, balcony, and surroundings do not match the listing photos at all — clear location misrepresentation. 「Both hotel manager and restaurant manager provided us a super nice service before and during our stay. The hotel manager Julie had offered her sincere help for our logistics to hotel and even we arrived late at hotel, the restaurant manager was provided us a warm welcome with delicious dishes after our long hours drive. The restaurant food and suna is amazing. The staff attitude to help and think for their customers are much appreciated 」

「A great base for ski- in and out with friendly staff and good food. Only negative was the dining arrangements which might be helped by allocating room numbers to tables as experienced in other hotels, and to have 2 set sittings to regulate and accommodate groups and the noise!」

「Unfortunately our stay wasn’t the best. The room we were put in was so noisy. Whatever was above us, all we could hear was something (maybe chairs) scraping along the floor. This went on morning, noon and night. Carpets in room were disgusting. Most staff were really nice and friendly except one woman on reception who was extremely rude. No tongues for croissants at breakfast despite me asking for some so everyone was putting their hands in all over them. The lights in the corridors were...
