「The room we got was double the size of the standard. Ok cleanliness. Fans in the rooms were not too loud at night. There is no AC, do if the room gets hot it's hard to cool with the windows wide open. Beds were firm, pillows were soft. The carpet was bump at different parts of the Inn. No pool. It's an old Inn but still an average Inn. Close to Grout Road so easy to get to downtown or to get to U of A. There is addition fees to stay so watch for those. 」

「Convenient location to downtown business. Staff were friendly and helpful. I wasn’t sure that the room had A/C; couldn’t make it cool the room down, only heat. Overall comfortable and pleasant. 」

「Staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is old and tired. The weather was starting to get warm during the day, and as there is no AC the hotel shut the heat off during the day. When asked they did provide a blanket and heater. Since it was snowing they turned the heat on. I had access to the business lounge but it is only open during breakfast and dinner for a few hours. Other restaurants only open certain hours. Easy walk to stadium.」
