"Overall, my stay was satisfactory, but there were a few areas that could be improved. The associate who assisted me with check-in was efficient, but I did not find the interaction particularly warm or welcoming, which made the arrival experience feel less pleasant than expected. Upon entering my room, I noticed towels left on the floor near the entrance, which gave the impression that the room had not been fully prepared. I also found that the shower gel and shampoo bottles were less than half full. While these were minor issues, attention to these details would have enhanced the overall experience. I hope this feedback is helpful, as I believe improvements in customer service and housekeeping would make future stays even better."

"We loved the location was on beach. Pools were great. The only issue we had was cleanliness, when we first checked in our room was not cleaned properly someone’s underwear were on floor of bathroom. So the moved us to another room the floors were dirty not vacuumed or swept. They don not clean rooms every day. Just refresh towels and trash every other day. They do a full clean on day 5. But did not wash dishes. The pool area needed attention throughput the day but none was given. Also no staff outside at pool area windows and doors to this area were extremely dirty, no cleaned for 5 days."
Holiday Pavilion Resort on the Boardwalk

"Loved the hot tub, being able to close doors between the bedroom and living room was nice, bed was comfortable. I walked from the bed to bathroom with white socks on, when I got back to the bed, the socks were filthy. Then I walked barefoot and the carpet felt icky-wet. There needs to be a curtain or something between the kitchen and bathroom vanity for privacy. The beach was not accessible for my friend wth a cane. Our view was blocked by palm trees. I appreciate the privacy and safety of using the room card for all entries!"

"Oceanfront property with nice pool area. Rooms are spacious, but could use an update. Ample parking, but there is a fee. Good central location to restaurants and shopping without being in the middle of Myrtle Beach traffic."

"The stay was good. It was fairly clean, could tell they battle with moisture but the room didn’t smell bad and it was a good stay. If we did need anything they were very quick to bring it. Customer service was pretty good! Would stay again."
