Manager was very friendly and had a good sense of humor. Even though the room was very small and very close to other rooms, there was no real noise. They were sold out, so all of the rooms were full, but I was not bothered by other guests. I enjoyed my stay!

The staff is super nice! The room was low cost compared to surrounding properties, but that didn’t affect the quality or cleanliness. It was cozy and quiet. I didn’t have any issues, and I would stay here again.

Location had easy access to my event , price was economical . Musty , Room needs upgrade carpet is long past its prime - worn & needs a good cleaning better yet replace it . Shower very small and built for short people at 6’ I had to struggle to wash my hair .

The property is not ADA compliant with steps to get into room and narrow doorway into bedroom. The place is an old motel badly needing a renovation. The room was fairly clean but could use vacuuming behind the furniture. No tub; just a shower in the small bathroom. Beds were good which met our needs for the one night.

The check-in experience was smooth and accurate, and the staff was friendly. The room condition left a lot to be desired: --- The bathroom door (Room 13) was being held together by tape, which was coming undone. --- The Wi-Fi signal in the room was very weak, and we needed to go to the office to get an acceptable signal. --- The armchair was old and worn but still comfortable.

The staff were nice and helpful. The office looked like the carpets were never cleaned. The toilet had urine stains. There was only one large towel in the room and it had stains on it. The air conditioner didn't cool the room much.

This was your basic cheap motel. Easy walking to a couple bars and restaurants, parking in front of door. Check in was easy and guy was friendly. But this is an older motel with a bit of a shabby run-down feel to it. I'm not fussy; the sheets were clean and toilet flushed, so I was content. However, there were dust bunnies in the corners, and lots of frayed fabric, and worn surfaces. My room (22?) had two rooms and the bedroom didn't have a tv and the chairs were a bit worn in the living room area. Again, functional and no bugs, so for one night to crash this was perfectly acceptable but not sure if I would want to use it as a base for a long vacation. Not nearly as bad as some of the other review would lead you to believe, however not as nice as it could be with a little TLC.

The staff was very nice. Room was old and dirty. Paper thin walls. Could hear the guy next door coughing and hacking away like he was sitting next to me. The door looked like it had been broken into few times before. Shower was gross. Didnt even stay the night

Staff was great. Room was a dump. Lamp wires were wire nutted together, old cups and silver ware on floor. Tub dripped non stop. Heat was eat to high and no way to adjust. Stains on sheets.

Sure it looks old and run down and it is BUT has great a/c, clesn bathrooms with high water pressure and endless hot water, refrigerators that actually work. All for $200 a night less thsn those other big name hotels 6 blocks north. Plus the manager is a hoot!!
