「Ottimi appartamenti a Dolonne, a 15 min a piedi dal centro di Courmayeur. Struttura nuovissima (durante il soggiorno stavano ancora effettuando dei lavori ai piani sotterranei, credo per SPA/palestra). Camera dotata di tutti i comfort. Comodo il bar interno, buoni i cocktail e le bevande. Da migliorare il cibo.」

「When making the booking, we paid extra for bed linen and towels. Upon arrival, neither bed linen nor towels were present in the apartment, which we immediately reported to you. When you eventually replied, you acknowledged that the ordered bed linen and towels could not be delivered due to problems with your vehicle. We were then asked to solve the problem ourselves by renting linen elsewhere in town, which we find completely...
