很推薦的住宿選擇
渡假村的環境規劃很不錯，我們當日沒特別計畫時，會帶著手機在渡假村內各角落閒晃拍照，或是玩附設的水上設施，然後慵懶地躺在沙灘躺椅上。 服務員都很熱情且親切，當我們提出需求時能很快被滿足，甚至我們因班機時間的關係提早到達，也協助我們盡快入住，並由會說中文的人員為我們介紹環境。 渡假村有自己的專屬app，上面會列出最近將要舉辦的活動，成人或小孩都有，不用擔心在渡假村會無聊。 早餐是buffet形式，選擇很多也都很好吃，但缺點是有時候蜜蜂會在身邊飛，有時會看到鳥站在沒蓋著布的麵包上。午餐的餐廳我們吃過4間都很推薦，但也都不便宜。

传奇丽世非常非常好，价格便宜，沙滩美！早餐吃的也不错，只是没有变化而已，服务人员超热情！酒店很大，也很安静，以至于我后来去住琥珀村的时候觉得那简直就是集市的feel~船坞的工作人员也非常非常热情，尤其是去浮潜那天开船的大叔，特别特别耐心的教我！好感动~~~~~~~~不要犹豫！！！一定要去住传奇丽世！！！我们自驾转了好多酒店~ 比东海岸西海岸的大部分酒店都要好！！物超所值！！！但是去的话，最好是自驾，位置并没有想象中那么不方便，比westin什么的离大湾近多了！ 特别要说，好订网的服务简直太差了！我定酒店的时候手误选择了一个人，但是定的蜜月房间，好订网的人告诉我要加钱，基本就是额外订一个房间的价格！！但我自己查的选1个和选2个人的差价只是在早餐上！这不是坑人吗！说要帮我跟酒店沟通，我打了好几个电话好几个客服自己都不明白我什么意思，沟通完都是让我补大概一晚1000左右的价格！后来我只能他们要了酒店的联系方式自己沟通的，结果人家直接说我只要补一个人的早餐费就可以了！！这么简单的问题，你们好订网的员工连基本的沟通都不会吗？？为了这点事，我至少给你们打了6通电话，每次都还是不同的客服，我还要重新解释一遍问题，真是差劲透了！！

LUX Grand Gaube--环境还不错的酒店
去之前有看其他评价说这家酒店比较破旧，有点小担心，但到了之后发觉其实还可以的，酒店公共区域还是维护得不错的，整个酒店就像个花园，服务生也很热情，虽然酒店位置在毛里求斯的最北端，出行去各景点路程比较远，但是整个酒店内部环境还是相当不错的，既能看朝阳又能看夕阳，酒店的早餐也挺丰富的，早上还有大叔现场吉他演奏，用餐时小鸟陪伴左右，很有海岛浪漫的风情，但这个酒店唯一欠缺的是房间内部比较陈旧，打扫还算干净，但窗帘比较脏，对宾客入住的体验稍稍打了折扣。总得来说，还算是一家性价比比较高的酒店了。

This is a nice hotel. The food is very good. The restaurants were nice but the buffet was our favorite. The water sports options were great. Many came with our half board package and we enjoyed them. Overall we were very happy with our stay and plan on returning to Mauritius to explore more of the island.

Nice half board options with 5 restaurants, food is good standards without being mind-blowing. The sea was not very clear unfortunately and not as Mauritius Standards expected. Hotel is nice and overall 5* but not luxury. Has been refurbished so looks good. Good service. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary water ski and various water activities. Overall good holidays and good price/quality match.

Very well built hotel, good aesthetics from the rooms to the hotels Good variety of restaurants to dine from Staff was friendly and made sure we were taken care of Shout out to Rishi and Durgesh at the various restaurants Tisha and Yashesh at the Lux Cafe made us good cuppas Housekeeping was there twice a day, made sure you always came to a clean room. The spa is really good as well, masseuses who know what they’re doing. Only negative I would say that it’s far away, if you want to go to visit Port Louis it’ll take atleast 45 mins to an hour.

This is a tough one. I really wanted to like it and had booked this as the highlight of my trip in Mauritius. Expectations fell short. Hotel is a bit dated. Rooms are not cleaned properly (the floor beneeth my bed was covered in dust). Internet did not work for the entire stay. Imagine staying at a so-called 5* hotel without internet. Many people were understandably furious as they were here working remotely. The hotel made no attempt to apologize or offer any solution let alone something to make up for this major issue. You can tell that there is a high lack of coordination between staff. Everyone is confused as to which restaurants are open and when, check in and check out. They do try to offer a lot of amenities and restaurants but frankly I had no interest in trying “Italian” “Turkish” or “Peruvian” food in Mauritius. I was here to eat something local or from the region - not something I could eat in Peru, Turkey or Italy. Overall I found this to be overpriced for what it was and not really worthy of being on a 5* category. Wouldnt stay here again.

We had a very nice stay at Lux Grand Gaube. Due to sone minor points we where not overwhelmed, but still very satisfied. The positive points are all like you expect from such a property. Our main critics are that some of the Restaurant staff where quite inattentive and/or not too friendly. But there were also some very positive exceptions (e.g Renu and Abhishek and also some others, thanks a lot, you were awesome!). Also the quality of the room service was not always totally convincing, sometimes it was forgotten to replenish empty stuff. Last but not least the boathouse crew seemed quite unmotivated when it came to appointing an excursion, but as far as I understand that‘s a different company than the hotel.

Wow. This was a magical place. The setting is fantastic, the staff and facilities and restaurants were all top notch. Everything was done to make our trip memorable and nothing was too much trouble for the brilliant teams. Highly recommended.

From the moment we arrived until our departure, our experience at the LUX Grand Gaube was nothing short of exceptional. The attention to detail throughout our stay was remarkable, setting a standard of hospitality that was truly unparalleled. The rooms, irrespective of the category, were splendid. The housekeeping team deserves special mention for their regular and outstanding service, ensuring our room was always pristine and inviting. The atmosphere of the hotel was enchanting. The decor was tastefully done, this sense of comfort was amplified by the genuine warmth and friendliness of the staff. Their dedication to making guests feel at home was evident in every interaction. David, who worked across various restaurants, and the lady in the main restaurant, who conjured up delightful stir-fries almost every evening, were standout members of the culinary team. Similarly, Udesh at the Creole Smokehouse and Sandeep at the reception left lasting impressions with their professionalism and kindness. Sahil, who prepared fresh coconut water at the beach, added a special touch to our relaxing days with his refreshing drinks. The buffet was a highlight, offering an extensive and delicious variety of options that catered to all tastes. The other restaurants were equally impressive, each presenting a unique and exquisite culinary adventure.

Amazing hotel with brilliantly friendly and attentive staff throughout, everyone remembered our names and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. There's a huge variety of activities planned throughout the day for all ages, the stargazing on the beach was a particular highlight for us! L’hôtel, la nourriture (restaurants et buffet) et les activités proposées (wakeboard, snorkling, paddle…) sont vraiment les points forts. Le cadre est très beau mais la mer/océan n’est pas très belle et claire, cela ressemble plus à une pataugeoire (pratique pour les enfants). La qualité de la nourriture est vraiment le point fort de cet hôtel, les produits sont variés et d’excellente qualité. Le plus gros point faible c’est le service. Nous avons fait un hôtel à Flic en Flac et les deux services ne sont même pas comparables. En effet, les serveurs ont l’air d’être stressés et d’avoir une grosse pression qui doit venir du management ce qui les rend pas très agréable: on attend souvent beaucoup pour que quelqu’un s’occupe de nous, souvent des plats oubliés quand on mange aux restaurants de l’hôtel aussi. C’est vraiment dommage car c’est un hôtel qui a tellement de potentiel, un bon service change toute l’expérience et nous malheureusement de ce cote on a été super déçus.

Pas à la hauteur, plus jamais
Hotel qui d'apparence nous avait attiré et que nous avions sélectionné pour célébrer notre anniversaire de mariage ainsi que les 40 ans de ma femme, mais qui nous a fortement déçu. Ceci pour plusieurs points : plage vaseuse , service quasi inexistant, chambre mal entretenue spacieuse mais humide avec forte odeur nauséabonde et restauration vraiment pas à la hauteur des prix pratiqués bien plus élevés qu'en France par exemple. Aucune attention n'a été faite pour notre évènement malgré les échanges d'emails et téléphones avant notre arrivée. Personnel inefficace, service de plage nul et ne fonctionnant pas. Les cartes des restaurants ne font pas rêver et le rapport qualité-prix bien en dessous de la moyenne. Seul le petit dej est bien. Je déconseille cet établissement
