「L’hôtel est vraiment magnifique, le personnel est très réactif, nous avons eu quelque soucis par rapport à une offre spéciale que l’on nous a refusé au départ, mais le problème a été vite résolu..un clin d’œil à Mehdi du Lobby bar qui est fort sympathique et très réactif. Merci à tout le personnel de la réception qui sont très pro. 」

「The hotel is location is very convenient. A short walk from the Casa voyagers Tram and Train station. Area is pretty safe and lots of food options available. The hotel is quiet modern and clean. We stayed in the two bedroom suite which was spacious and clean. We felt that the floor which was wood or prego (unlike most hotels that have carpet floor) was a bit sticky, I asked the front desk and within minutes they sent someone who mopped the floor clean for us. Bathrooms were very clean and...
