Nothing better than a sunrise hike into the Grand Canyon!
Spring is a great time of the year for a canyon hike! The spring cacti are blooming, no snow on the trail and the heat is much more tolerable than in summer months. we visited the park a couple weeks ago and actually required a light jacket and pants in the am and late evening.

Great location, great restaurant, great staff, rooms are not 5 star. Ours had a smell and hot. Bathroom wasn't as clean as could be.
