They advertised on the website Deluxe King Beds and that was false advertisement. They offer queen beds only. The rooms could've been a little more cleaner.

We got there and the motel was closed due to water issues. Yes, they did try to contact me, but we had been in the Grand Canyon all day. I don't expect my lodging to contact me when I'm already traveling. We got there tired and in the dark and no place for us. Expedia did nothing to help. I'm considering moving on to a different travel app. Been with expedia many years. so disappointing.

Tv doesn’t work, no wash cloths, ac barely works, water stopped working. Staff seems unconcerned about issues with the room. Checking in was an absolute nightmare. Very rude employees. Outdated property. Just a disappointment all the way around.

In Williams for just one night. only slept 5 hours. The price range we got was what we expected. The bed was comfy, Bathroom was clean. Good toilet and AC. The shower had good water pressure and was hot. Wfi did not work, nor did the TV\ Dish, but we were there just to sleep. Would stay again.

I was expecting a king size bed like I rented but got a full size bed. The front desk worker was just rude and unconcerned; he wouldn’t even stop looking at his secondary screen (entertainment) to look at me during check-in. Do not stay here if you have another option!

Checked in one place, but stayed at another place down the road..but had to go back to the first place to get coffee in the morning. Needs a complete overhaul. Woke up at 2;30 am to a man screaming obscenities. They got our room wrong, but did change it. There are a lot of hotels in Williams. I would not recommend this one.

The check in had to be done in a different hotel all together. The manager seemed asleep when answering the phone. Just terrible skip this Motel 6 city (they are all run by the same person…) rent somewhere else.

Office is a block up the street and not staffed 24/7. Sat tv went out on 2nd day and never came back on. The in the office said it was being worked on. Tv in the office was working though.
