Upon arrival, I was offered a floor level room and I requested to move to a non-floor-level. No problem there. The room was fair. Floor a bit dirty and had animal hair/fur but the bed was clean. Reason for my 1 star is the fact that just after 9am as I was still in bed not fully awake, someone opened the door my room!! I yelled "HEY" But got no response& they walked away. (Thankfully, the swing bar was engaged!) I jumped out of bed, got dressed in the first thing I could get my hands on. Shaking, I hurried to gather my things when I heard a male voice say "Sorry ma'am. I got a text saying you had checked out. This is housekeeping. I didnt know you were in there." (check-out is 11 am). I didnt even have a chance to wash my face or brush my hair, much less shower after being startled like that. I rushed out with my belongings and drove to the front office where the "facetime" attendant greeted me. I told him what happened and that I wanted to talk to the manger for a refund. All he offered was a joke of an apology and told me the manager was not available. I will NEVER stay at this Motel 6 again. I wanted a convenient location for NAU Family weekend but I regret staying here. I understand that sometimes miscommunications happen and I wish I could have walked away saying "thank you" but as over the top as this may sound, this experience was traumatizing! A simple knock on the door instead of barging in would have prevented this awful experience.

Stay away. I don't know how this place has so many good reviews. My room was filthy, hair, dirt and crumbs all over the floor, counters and fridge. Walls and doors were dirty. Transients posted up in the front. Luckily no bugs, and sheets were clean, but bed was so squeaky and pillows were old and tiny.

The room was basic which is what I expected from a Motel6. However the room we stayed in had missing outlets, the tv was on its last leg and burnt out bulbs in the lamps. The worst part was dried human juices dried on the wall next to the bed, filthy shower floor w/ mold and the air conditioning was wet and damp. On top of it all, the power went out which wasn’t entirely Motel6’s fault as the whole block was out. I ended up checking out a day early and booked my 2nd night elsewhere - even though I paid for a second night. I will not return back to this hotel. On a positive note, I did not see any bugs and the bed sheets were clean.

Don’t stay here. I wish I would have slept in my car instead. I thought about taking pictures but I kept thinking I’m here just for a night. Both beds had hairs and dust. Sheets were stained. You could see dust and dirt on every corner. There was a fight outside that went on for a while. I called the front desk and they never answered. Around 3am the power went out so I turned my phone flashlight to see what was going on just to find a cockroach. Since there was no power the room got hot, and since there’s no windows we had to endure until it was early enough to leave. When I went to the registration desk there was hand written sign about APS knowing about the power outage. No one around to check out. Seriously, you are better off sleeping in your car. Don’t stay here. Don’t stay here. Don’t stay here

The lady at check in was excellent! Extremely friendly and helpful, assisting in getting me a room change quickly at a reasonable upcharge. However, the room was not clean, mainly the floor, as there was considerable dirt and old food under the beds. We had to leave a day early due to medical circumstances, and was disappointed that there was no provision for a 1 day refund or allowance.

The room above us had people that were partying until 4am. We tried to get the hotel (a kiosk in the front lobby) involved and to their credit they did try to talk to them but ultimately they didn't stop partying. They should have kicked them out.

Hotel was in awful shape. The one bright spot was the girl that checked me in....She was very nice. I don't expect much from Motel 6 anymore since most of their properties are not in great shape, but this one was the ABSOLUTE worse I have stayed at. My wife cut her foot on the flooring was that was peeling up. I asked them for a refund but of coarse they refused. (No surprise there!) There are plenty of reasonably priced hotels in Flagstaff....AVOID THIS ONE AT ALL COSTS!!!!
