"Plutôt déçu de ce séjour et voici pourquoi : Points forts : la quiétude du lieu, le paysage, le côté typique des gîtes, la localisation géographique pour les visites Points négatifs : chemin d’accès très étroit et rempli de trous, compliqué de retrouver sa chambre dans les différents gîtes présents dans le hameau car pas d’indications (il suffirait d’avoir un petit plan au niveau des parkings!), organisation médiocre (nom de la chambre pas reçu, idem pour le code de la boîte à clef). "The Maison de Tari is a perfect place to stay for families looking to explore the area around Sarlat. We stayed in a family room with three small children and it suited us perfectly. All rooms had a separate outside sitting area with a large table. It had a good sized pool, a separate communal cooking and dining area, including a gas BBQ and a fridge. "Merci à Barbara pour son accueil chaleureux, le cadre était splendide, la piscine délassante, la chambre parfaite, petit déjeuner comme à la maison et, cerise sur le gâteau, la cuisine totalement équipée laissée en libre accès : on a pu laisser nos aliments au frais et nous cuisiner notre repas du soir ! Si on doit passer un week-end dans le sud ouest, on retournera avec plaisir à la chambre d'hôtes "les grands maîtres"."

"Gorgeous hotel across the river Lot from the medieval village of St Cirq Lopopie - provides a stunning view for swimming, dining and strolling. Lovely air conditioned large bedroom with en-suite walk in shower room. Everything was of the expected high quality - nearby (easy walk) is restaurant St Andre - fabulous and great value"

"We had a wonderful stay despite the weather being mixed. The spa was a lovely treat when sitting by the pool wasn’t appealing - although make sure you book your hour as it fills up quickly. We had a lovely evening in the bar with music and tapas - it was meant to be in the rose garden but equally lovely. Unfortunately didn’t manage to have proper dinner as didn’t book in time - the restaurant is only small. Breakfasts were a highlight already though! We had a lovely family room which was a great size for a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. Plus a lovely large terrace. My only complaint would be for a family of 4 , giving us 2 double beds wasn’t practical. The sofa bed was too small for 2 teenagers of different sex! Or even a teenager + parent. We ended up requesting an additional camp bed which I don’t think we should have had to pay for. Overall a lovely stay though and we will definitely be back!"

"Nice new room . A bit of information left out is location and street parking. The hotel is also under construction and hallways are not finished.restaurant not opened which I was planning on eating stand none in walking distance. No amenities in room for washing hair, just body soap."

"La situation de l'hôtel est un atout certain ainsi que ses nombreuses aménités. Nous avons en effet été témoins de certains problèmes rapportés dans d'autres commentaires comme la prise qui se détache. La chambre était petite, mais propre et les lits confortables. La dame au comptoir était charmante et vraiment aidante. Le sentiment est celui d'un village vacances qui souffre d'un certain vieillissement, mais notre expérience a été très bonne. Le séjour s'est très bien passé, mission accomplie."
