Personnel extra

Hotel tres agréable avec un emplacement idéal mais manque d'entretien ( deck piscine a refaire , salle de bain à refaire , plage non entretenue ). Heureusement le personnel est super agréable !!! le petit hic , les équipements paddle , kayak et ping pong sont payant meme pour les personnes qui dorment à l'hotel . Petit dejeuner simple mais excellent avec le personnel à l'ecoute et prest à tout faire pour faire plaisir !

A FUIRE... Etablissement très mal entretenu et sale. Pas de service, pas d'internet. Ce n'est pas un hôtel. De plus ils refacturent la taxe de séjour déja payée à expédia. Je n'avais pas lu les critiques avant de réserver. Je ne comprends pas que Expedia ne tienne pas compte de la situation et laisse ses client tomber dans ce traquenard.

C’est avec plaisir que j’y retourne : trois nuits avec petit-déjeuner face à la mer, avant de reprendre le travail à Grand-Bourg. L’endroit est idéalement situé.

Cadre absolument magnifique ! Nous avons passé une nuit dans l’appartement avec 2 chambres : personnel agréable, vue magnifique, bonne literie … nous avons adoré ! Les équipements sont un peu vieillissants, mais le cadre fait tout oublier !

Present pour une nuit, en debut de soirée, plus d'électricité dans la chambre, aucun personnel présent, aucun numéro de téléphone ne répond. Après plus d'une heure à chercher à contacter un responsable, j'ai pu parler au propriétaire....et voir arriver un personnel arriver deux heures apres le début de la panne. PAS UN MOT D'EXCUSE!!!!!!!!!!

Hotel vieillissant, accueil plus que limite. La personne etait"fatiguée", la piscine à moitié pleine, le tuyau d'arrosage traversé tout l'hôtel. La salle de bain demande a etre rafraichie. Pour y dormir une nuit de passage mais pas pour un long sejour.

exterieur non entretenu..dommage dans l ensemble..

A l arrivée la gzrante nous informe que la location pour 4 a ete mis un T1 non pratique pour le nombre de ma famille. Rajoute d un lit 1 place.... Hiraire d arrivee sur le site 14h....chambre non prete...met la faite sur le site hotel.com comme pour la chamnbe....comme si elle n avait pas vu le probleme avant notre arrivee. Piscine verte horrible videe le jour de notre depart .... cela aurait pu etre gerer des le probleme d eau car cela ne faisait pas 1hour que l eau etait en mauvaise etat.... On liue un hotel avec piscine et pas de piscine ....alors que l on paye la prestation Personnel agreable dans l ensemble Plage pres de l hotel pourrait etre nettoyé (morceau de verre) Pourtour piscine...vis apparente dangereux...plastique sous les cailloux visible...mauvais entretien exterieur Literie agreable

Super expérience pour Noel

Nous avons passé Noel. Le personnel était au petit soins avec nous. Nous avons mis notre scooter de location à l'intérieur de l'hotel. C'est un lieu très convivial il y a peu de chambre donc le personnel a le temps de bien s'occuper de nous et de répondre à nos attente.

L établissement est dans un état de délabrement rare. Plus de parodie de douche, pas de prise de courant. Réseau wifi absent dans les chambre. Micro télé. Décor vieillot . Un gros manque d entretien et de rénovation général . Très décevant
