Overall, nice hotel. Found it fairly quiet. The room smelt beautiful, very spacious, a dip in the sofa (but didnt use it to be honest) tv options not great and reception for tv not great ( but again, didnt use). Reception not always open. Bar choices not fabulous, staff friendly. Nice wallking views down grand bae. Overall, was a good experience.

Comfortable and clean rooms.

We had a lovely stay at Stella Rina. The whole place is newly refurbished, modern and very clean. Staff were helpful, but if you speak French you'll have a big advantage. The restaurant had lovely food although I feel it was overpriced. The guesthouse is not in the main area in Grand Baei but not too far either.

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber, leider konnte man dies nicht immer von den Handtüchern sagen. Die Ausstattung war jedoch etwas spartanisch. Bedauerlicherweise war die Klimaanlage recht laut. Zudem ging die Klimaanlage immer wieder aus, wahrscheinlich durch die häufigen Stromausfälle. Das Personal war größtenteils freundlich. Die Hotelanlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Pool war jedoch verschmutzt, sodass nur der Hund darin badete. Zum Frühstück wird jeden Tag der gleiche, vorgefertigte Teller (Eispeise, Crêpe, kleines Croissant und ein paar Stücke Obst) gereicht. Dazu gibt es dann Instantkaffee.

La prestation est à la hauteur du prix même mieux puisque nous avons été surclassés suite à un problème sur notre chambre. Rommet er relativt stort og med en bra dusj. Sengen imidlertid er meget hard og frokosten helt ordinær. Det som trekker ned mye er størrelsen på bassenget og manglende solsenger. En burde også hatt flere blant personalet som snakker engelsk.

It was probably worse place I stayed the whole 3 weeks I was in Mauritius. My dhower doors were broken and the drain in the shower would not drain, so it flooded the bathroom and there were a lot of bugs in my Room

Awful place

We have booked a room in Stella Rina Guest House for 5 nights and left already after 2 nights. When we arrived, we were very shocked about the surrounding of the guest house. It is in the middle of a construction area and the place around the hotel is anything else than charming. We felt absolutely uncomfortable. The comfort in the guest house itself was very basic, the check-in was anything else than professional and the breakfast was below average standards. The owner of the hotel confirmed by mail that they would do the necessary steps to reimburse us for the nights we did not stay there and which we paid in advance. After several mails from our side and from the booking agency they refused to pay back the money. All in all a very disappointing experience. We are also of the opinion that the rate per night is far to expensive for this guest house. For that rate there are much more charming hotels, right at the beach front. The pool looks so old an dirty that no one was bathing in it.

Carde plutôt bien , mais l'accueil des propriétaires non existant, limite déplorable, peut de place de parking ( pour plus de 20 chambres 4 places) Heureusement que le service du personnels s'occupe de nous. Piscine sale, dans notre chambre cabine de douche cassé et absence d'évacuation d'eau. Les chambres devrais avoir un petit coup de rénovation. L'annonce dis TV avec chaînes satellite, faux uniquement les chaîne Local. A notre départ peronne pour nous accueillir à l'accueil.
