「First room was dirty and lacked amenities. Bedroom air conditioner leaked and upon a two-hour leave, returned to bed being soaked and floor with significant water pools on the tile floor. When asked to move, there was a great hesitation to switch. When received second room, the amenities were appropriate and air conditioners didn't leak. I feel as though I was being taken advantage (sub-par room) of upon my arrival, and only when there was a significant problems did the hotel allocate...

「Les responsables de l' hôtel et le personnel sont à l' écoute et toujours disponible. Transferts à l' heure. Ménage quotidien avec draps, taies d' oreillers et serviettes changés tous les jours. Service blanchisserie rapide et pas cher. Literie hyper confortable, eau chaude 24/24, cuisine entièrement équipée. Les départs se font à 11 heures, mais comme notre avion était prévu pour 22h55, on a pu rester jusqu' à 20 heures et nous en profitons pour remercier à nouveau M. et Mme les patrons...
