「The room was clean and organized and the staff were very professional great service」

「The hotel its self is fine for a few night stay I personally wouldnt stay more than 2 or 3 nights. The resort across the street has a beautiful pool that your able to use and you can get breakfast and lunch over there as well but no dinner the restaurant closes at 3pm. And there is no restaurants close by to have dinner. I did hear you could take a ferri to port lucaya and have dinner but when I was looking for the ferri it wasnt available. I was there in the beginning of October and not...

「We were concerned about the reservation not being cancelled and called on (2) occasions. Both Front Desk or Call Center agents were so helpful, patient and provided excellent customer service, I'm so sorry I don't recall their names now. 「Room was great! Drains drained in shower and sink. Low water pressure 😔」

「Overall satisfied and it felt like home」

「主要服务员以及前台服务态度太差！带有种族歧视很严重」

「The cleaning staff were very courteous.」

It took hours to get towels replaced. I did not have WiFi in my room my entire stay. The first day I notified staff, I was told “all rooms have...

「The reason why I didn’t give them a 5 star is because I paid for a king size room and they put me in a double bed room and told me that they didn’t have any more king rooms available! I want what I paid for!! Other than that everything is was great!」
