"Great location very central for travel options around the city with shops bars and restaurants very close by. Reasonably priced car park just behind with discount for hotel guests. Twin room was clean and spacious enough for a short stay with a quirky rain theme, tea and coffee. Beds were comfortable and we weren’t bothered by noise from outside (5th floor). Reception staff were friendly on check in and out. Would be happy to recommend"

"Our stay did’nt start well. On arrival we received a very warm welcome from Costa. However I had booked a meal at the rooftop restaurant via The Fork app; Costa informed me that they could not honor this booking. However Costa did everything he could to ease my frustration and we had a lovely meal in the Bar and Grill where Harvey looked after us. Our room 304 was lovely and the bed very comfortable. Later that evening we had cocktails in the rooftop bar which were gorgeous and the venue and staff were excellent."

"Hotel is very central, 5-10 mins walk from Piccadilly Station. I have stayed here a couple times for the convenience and price. Its a 'no fuss' hotel - really large with loads of rooms but old. That being said its in absolutely OK condition, facilities all worked, bathroom was clean and modern, bed was clean and comfortable for a 1 night stay. It definitely attracts a younger crowd but was quiet all night (on a Friday). Only minor issue is there's always a line for check-in, despite checking in on line the previous night. Otherwise a perfectly pleasant stay."
