Reservamos a partir de las 7 de la tarde y hasta las 23:00 no conseguimos entrar al apartamento, no había manera de ponerse en contacto con nadie y no se nos facilitó el número de la puerta ni nada. Conseguimos entrar preguntando a la gente que pasaba, pésima comunicación

Worst stay ever off Hotels.com, did not receive the email they claim they sent with the entry code. Had to call Hotels.com from Spain and waited outside on the street for 2 hours to finally get in at 1am. Had no WiFi the whole stay as the WiFi code shared did not connect on any of our devices.
