"Definitely a 2-3 star hotel not what is advertised. All the amenities were not there the AC stopped working after 30 minutes, the water would change temperature from freezing to scolding hot in 5 minutes everything was so outdated and the location is far from everything. Not worth the price they advertise "

"This hotel was frankly much nicer than I expected. The room itself was quite spacious. The staff were helpful and I would say it was excellent value for money. The location was fine: it was not far from most places in Granada city areas one would want to visit on a 3-4 days trip. The room had a mini bar, but also some snacks sitting by the TV. The snacks are not complementary, which is fine. Just a bit confusing since I did not see a sign outlining prices. Not a big deal. Overall would definitely recommend."
