Property was very close to central areas and just across the street from bus stop to Alhambra and other buses. Staff was very nice and helpful when I had questions. Room itself was just fine. It was clean enough and had enough blankets and towels. Location and price made up for it.

The hotel is decorated very artfully, including our room. The room is small, but it has a loft that my daughter had her own space. The breakfast did not have lot of variety, but good enough for us. The location is good. The cathedral is just few minutes of walk, Alhambra is about 20 minutes away.

Although the room is fine, the air conditioning is very weak which makes it nearly impossible to sleep. I would not stay here if you are coming in the warmer months. We were here in May.

While it was in good location and room clean the room setup was awful. We had the "yetti" room that was for a family of 4. One bed was in a loft with a circular stair above the main bed and creak at every movement. The second "child" bed was next to an old courtyard that had glass which at night flash light evertime someone was in hallway and lastly the glass bathroom in the middle that had no privacy due to the half in gap on sides of the door. When someone had to go to bathroo. At night the light lit up whole room.

El personal muy amable, nos daba respuesta a nuestras solicitudes muy rapido. Lo que las habitaciones son muy pequeñas sobre todo para familias, queda todo muy amontonado y las escaleras de caracol en las habitaciones familiares son peligrosas para bajar, no tienen closets solo un tubo en la recamara para colgar ropa. Excelente ubicación muy cerca de la Alhambra y se camina muy fácil a la Catedral y a comercios.

Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei. Vom Hundeleckerli bis Decke und Fressnäpfe wurde unser Hund umsorgt, pro Tag 10€ Gebühr. Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Auto konnte im Parkhaus in einer Nebenstrasse geparkt werden. Mitten im Centrum, nah an der Kathedrale, fussläufig nach Albayzin und Sacromonte. Hotel und Lage sehr zu empfehlen.

We’ll be back to this hotel! It’s located so you can walk almost everywhere in Granada and the staff is lovely. They’re friendly, helpful and very professional. The rooms are spacious and decorated in a quirky way with a mozárabe feel to them. We had a Juliet balcony that looked out on Plaza Fortuny. There are lots of restaurants and cafes in easy walking distance. Plaza Santo Domingo is just behind the hotel and there’s a great cafe bar and tables in the sun. The terraza on the roof of the building has spectacular views of the city rooftops and the snow covered Sierra Nevada mountains. In short this is a great hotel! An absolute steal st these prices!
