Good morning, we are very sorry for not having met your expectations, the hotel has 197 rooms and not all of them are available at the moment. This is very easy, if you don't like the room assigned, go down to reception and tell us, or before going up, tell us what you want. It is good to look at the location of the hotels before booking, but we are in a very nice and quiet area. The distance to the city center is 1 km, 12 minutes on foot. There is a bus stop 200 meters away. Granada is very small and you can walk everywhere.
