Hotel was very clean and modern. Felt comfortable in our family suite which had two separate rooms within the suite. Lobby was 24/7 with kind staff. Plenty of outlets and 1.5 baths. Amazing stay! Would recommend and return again for another stay.

Central, basic needs covered, friendly

Great location, quiet street parallell to Granada's main street, Calle Colon. No breakfast, but you want to eat out while in town anyways. Friendly and helpful staff. Had a room for 3 for the price of 1, bit out of season. Everything you want from a hotel, if you need a reasonably priced place to stay the night or two, and be close to sights etc.

Excellent hotel. The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable (we had the family room). The hotel is well situated in the older section of town, walking distance to charming restaurants and historic sites like the cathedral. We took a taxi to and from the Alhambra, though you could probably walk there in 20 minutes to a half hour.

PLEASE BE ADVISED! They charge you for parking nightly and do not tell you beforehand that the parking space is in a very SMALL space that has columns blocking most of the space and an SUV does not really fit into it. My rental car got scratched there because parking is so tight. Staff did not do anything about it

Great staff, very professional, and accommodating. Hotel is off the main avenue of Granada so ALL is close and accessible. Bathroom is BIG compared to other European hotels I have stayed in. However, the décor of the room is extremely outdated, as if your great grandma was living there. But we all love our great grandmother. So if your on a budget... I would highly recommend, specially because of the AMAZING staff.
