Hot water really unstable - hot changes to cold and via versa. Also the room smelled of cigarettes although it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The price was low, and beds comfortable.

Great location and friendly staff

Easy to get to from the station (walking distance) and bus station (on tram no 1- only a few stops). Very close to the town centre (walking distance). Taxis (approx €8) available to Alhambra and bus station. Arrived within 5 mins of asking reception- super helpful. Breakfast was good with eggs, bacon, meat, cheese, churros etc. Haven't given 5 stars as felt a little dated, but otherwise no complaints. Fridge in the room as well as safe. But no kettle.

No parking on facilities but there is a parking garage nearby that the hotel has arrangement with. You can pay at the hotel at slightly cheaper rate than at the garage. Hotel is fine and clean. Breakfast was good.

First night had room 423- very small, not updated and noisy as right next to the lift. The staff kindly moved me the next day and were very helpful. It’s a great place to stay, close to the centre, buses and metro. Very friendly staff working in all aspects of the hotel. I would book again… but not if room 423!

Great hotel

Hotel Don Juan's location was fantastic. You can really walk everywhere from there. Lots of restaurants are around corner. Our breakfast was great as well. The only issue we had was the mattresses being so firm. Otherwise, it's a great hotel. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

Overall the hotel was very good, well priced and very convenient for the Metro (for connection to the bus station and airport bus). The information about the hotel did suggest there was a restaurant but this was only open on 31/12/22 (for a special and expensive new year's eve dinner) and a bar which was only open on the same evening.
