「The staff Javier is very helpful. We check in earlier and can enjoy more time in Granada. The hotel location is very good. The 2-bedroom apartment is clean and living room is nice. Just a minor suggestion is to provide a chair in the room. 」

「Beautiful hotel in a central location, so close to the cathedral. The service from all staff is fantastic. The rooftop view of the Alhambra is lovely. Would definitely stay again in Granada!」

「breakfast is very limited. No sound insulation. can hear human talking very clear from street, corridor, etc. cannot sleep well. 」

「The room is a suite with a kitchen, nice and clean, and affordable. Staff is very nice. We arrived early due to train cancellation by Renfe. We were able to store one backpack there so we could start touring the city before checking in. High-end feeling for sure. Cleaning is offered upon request, but it is not clear if they would charge for that and what is the extra to pay. So try to keep the room tidy if you want to enjoy the whole stay. 」

「We had a very lovely stay. The apartment was very clean and tastefully designed- loved the space and the interiors. Even though it is located in a very central location, the soundproofing was done very well and we can't really hear the outside world once the windows were shut. Also management was very quick to respond and remote check-in was done super smoothly. Very comfortable and lovely stay and we highly recommend this charming apartment!」

「Newly renovated hotel with great location, lots restaurants and coffee shops near by and the Cathedral only 8 minutes walk away. You can even see the night light of Alhambra through room windows. Staff are friendly and room is clean. Only weakness is there is no kettle in the room, in winter it is a bit pity.」

「The way up by car is not for the faint hearted. Read the instructions clearly or you may come across serious problems. Once you get there, the parking is great. Hotel has an excellent location, and you can basically walk everywhere around the old part of town. Walking to Alhambra is doable but we took the bus and we were glad we did. Reception lady is very helpful and accommodating. Rooms are spotless with thick, fresh towels in the bathrooms. Great experience overall.」

「Great location very close to the cathedral. Comfortable and had all the cooking equipment we could need. Great shower. The air con was a bit fiddly to use but worked well. Some downsides: there was a washing machine but no detergent, it is listed as having a tumble drier but it does not (only an ineffective drying setting on the washing machine), there were only three clothes hangers, and the pillows were very small and flat.」
