「This was absolutely breath taking. The scenery is to die for. The trip to the river is a must. Shout out to our tour guy Juan and Natalia the receptionist. She made everything so easy. This trip is exactly what I needed. 」

「I wasn't expecting to stay here but because my luggage got delayed I made a last second booking for the night. I speak very little Spanish and the staff was very helpful to work around that. 」

「Staff was friendly. The towels and linens were a bit dingy and the check in counter had a musty smell and a little disorganized. 」

「Facilities were ok, shower water pressure was very poor, no bottled water in room, restaurant was not plant based customer friendly at all, the light in the room was very soft and made impossible to read or work. No bellboy so be prepared to move your luggage yourself. Staff was very helpful and attentive.」
