"Me hospedé en el Hotel Capital Bellet en Santiago y tuve una excelente experiencia. El hotel estaba muy limpio, con una decoración muy bonita y una ubicación perfecta para recorrer la ciudad caminando. El personal fue increíblemente amable y atento, lo que hizo la estadía aún más agradable. Sin duda, un lugar muy cómodo y recomendable al que volvería."

"The location is terrific as the hotel starts on the 17th floor directly above a mall. It is also very close to a metro station. The surrounding area is walkable with many restaurants and cafes. The view from the rooftop bar is spectacular. "

"We were very impressed with this hotel. When we arrived the reception staff were friendly and efficient, and the concierge was very helpful. Our room was a good size, very comfortable with excellent amenities. We visited the bar and again the bar staff were great, making a visit there a very enjoyable experience. The hotel is in a very pleasant neighbourhood with some great places to eat close by. It is a short subway ride away from the older parts of the city. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend this hotel."

"Some staff are wonderful, some are not! The location is useful for Santiago. "

"Terrible parking lot, no ilumination, signs don't make sense. Exit signs with no arrow, we wasted time trying to get out of the parking lot and we almost crash with another vehicle coming full speed on the ramp we were going up and he was going down. One ramp should be for going up and another ramp for going down. Also, we arrived at night and doors closed and nobody at front desk and of course no signs telling customer to go to different entrance. Lucky by the bartender of the bar next door that told us how to get in. Same with elevators to rooms and to parking lot, not signs."
