「My friends and I didn't like the way we were treated upon check-in. Rooms were small. In a downtown part of town. Picture isn't truthful. Bar connected. We were afraid of local clientele. Ended up goi g to another Hotel. Came back for luggage. Never got a refund.」

Would have rated 5 but held back due to couple of reasons : 1) No elevators: our group of 24 people included two very senior citizens. Fortunately we were able to accommodate them in the ground floor. 2) Even otherwise, for a predominantly airport travelers focused acco, luggage should be expected and planned for. The pillow had a visible blood stain, and the single towel provided was ripped down the middle. The overall cleanliness was extremely poor, to the point where I did not feel comfortable staying. I checked out after only a few hours. The listing photos are very misleading, and this was a deeply disappointing experience.」
