The grounds are a solid 5. Restaurant was very good. The reason for 2 stars, we arrived after a long journey and checked in that evening. Went to take a shower in this very small space but no towels. Tried to call the front desk with no answer. This place is spread out so it’s quite a walk from our room/bungalow. I decided to wait until the morning. Went to go to bed pulled the bed spread back to find no sheets. Sheets are in the closet wrapped in nice plastic. You have to make your own bed. Fine. The mattress was horrible. Felt more like sleeping on box springs but there weren’t any of those. Next day we go to the front desk for towels. They charge 10 euros for each towel. Also wife wanted a blow dryer. That was a $50 deposit. Towels are not deposits. Finally go to take my shower and the soap container is empty. So when we finally made it back to the front desk and informed them there was no soap we were told that we must have used it all.
Pool was great when we were able to use it. Unfortunately we had thunderstorms the first day and a half so we had to tough it out in the crappie small room with no chairs just the sad mattress. All in all I couldn’t wait to leave. We’ve been traveling Europe for a month now and this was the worse room and bed by far.
Now I will say locals and campers would very much enjoy this place. Kids would love it. Another plus was the supermarket on sight. On leaving you are suppose to wash your dishes. With what? No dish. Now I feel icky the glasse
