We did booking because breakfast included . But during check in I was told following- for clients from Expedia not! Extra charge! First time ever. But dinner was good, staff just excellent. But trick with breakfast was stupid manager decision.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. All spoke English which was very helpful. Parking on site for free was great. Walls in hotel were very thin and you could hear the people next door especially into the evening. As off season, many services /amenities not available .

Nice place, Nice pool Good restaurant MEJA But…This hotel should not affirmed that they provide A/C. Never seen a room so hot. I mentioned it at the reception and they said the lowest it would go is 25. Not a good night for me and my wife

Such a nice bright modern hotel, with a wonderful breakfast and a great restaurant that serves delicious dinners. Great wine of the region available. Rooms are comfy and cheerful, service very accomodating. STFF expresses themselves well and are very professional.

Ich habe selten ein Hotel erlebt, in dem ich mich so wohl gefühlt habe wie im Hotel Franz. Der Poolbereich ist absolut traumhaft und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Auch der Fitnessraum lässt keine Wünsche offen: Laufband, Crosstrainer und moderne Geräte bieten alles, was man für ein gutes Training braucht. Besonders erwähnenswert sind die hervorragenden Matratzen, die für einen außergewöhnlich erholsamen Schlaf sorgen.Die Gastronomie im Hotel ist einfach erstklassig. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ein wahres Highlight – die Auswahl ist grandios und es gibt sogar Prosecco, was einen luxuriösen Start in den Tag verspricht. Die Küche des Hauses ist wirklich außergewöhnlich und bietet kulinarische Genüsse auf höchstem Niveau.Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das stets freundliche und aufmerksame Personal, das dafür sorgt, dass man sich rundum willkommen fühlt. Hier wird Gastfreundschaft wirklich gelebt!Fazit: Ein perfektes Hotel für einen erholsamen und genussvollen Aufenthalt. Ich komme garantiert wieder!
