「員工樂於助人，酒店的整潔度和位置都相當好。不用擔心行李的問題，員工非常樂意幫忙! (特別感謝 Jelena/Marko 以及另一位員工) 我度過了一個美好的假期!!」

「Everything was excellent. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Rooms were modern and very clean. One of the few buildings in old town split that has an elevator what is very nice. Restaurant was excellent as well. Very nice breakfast buffet and nice menu/wine selection as well. Can recommend this hotel without hesitation!」

「Supera la expectativa, el lugar es precioso y la atención es muy buena, es una gran experiencia」

「Over all, it was a good time when I lived in hotel Marul. The room is clean and comfortable.」

「I came here with my mom and had a pretty abrasive first exchange with the front desk attendant. I booked the hotel because it said it has an elevator (it does) but trying to get her to give us access to it was a whole thing that involved getting the guys in the restaurant downstairs to show us where the back entrance was - when we could have just gone through the restaurant. All the directions say there are only 4 stairs - this is NOT true. There are several stairs as part of the town before you...

「Great location, no elevator, earplugs advised 」

「Room is a bit small but very clean. A very nice boutique hotel overall」

「位置很好，在戴克里先宮旁，房東很親切，我們找不到路，打電話求救很快就來接我們。唯一缺點是要扛行李箱爬5層樓」

「We were so well taken care of during the 4 night stay. They proactively gave us travel advice to reach Split, and to ensure we could find the hotel in the Old City area, a porter with a golf cart was sent to the ferry pier to meet us . When we left, a porter led to the Uber spot. Everything seamless. The hotel itself is pretty, clean, safe and convenient.」

「The front of the building has an elevator but the back of the building were our rooms are located has none. You have to go out the front building and walk to the side and enter the doors of the back building which I feel is unsecured. It could dark at nights and might stepped on dog poop(?). Else everything is fine. You have to ask for a kettle since they didn't leave one in our room. There is a receptionist at least always. Taxi or Uber could not enter the narrow road and needs to walk a little...

「Imagine staying within the wall of Diocletian palace! The room has all the amenities when we need. Breakfast was filling. Staff helpful and readily available. Fantastic hotel」

「Super location. Room was just great!」

「It would be better if there were a stove and a pot.」
