「Friendliness of the entire staff - service, greetings, very hospitable. 「Have stayed her twice when since my daughter is now at UNCC. It is very convenient to campus and a nice place to stay. Staff is nice and facilities are clean. 」

「This place was nice no real issue just your average hotel room for a couple of nights. Felt clean safe and the breakfast was good. The only downside was we paid for some upgrades on our way to the hotel through a text that Wyndham sent, but the staff stated, they don’t see anything about an upgrade and had nothing available…? Haven’t checked my bill if I actually paid for the upgrade or how that was taken care of.」
