A great place to stay and room was very reasonable. Close to tram. Meal at bar underneath hotel was okay. Hostel also available at the location. Would stay there again. Grocery store right next door so very convenient for getting food-brownies there were delicious :)

Great budget accommodation

Very clean, comfortable, friendly staff, conveniently located, reasonably priced, with a hearty buffet breakfast included. What’s not to like? No windows in the room was no problem thanks to fantastic ventilation system.

Our room was quite large, the bed was very comfortable and it was clean. The only thing I would of liked would of been a hairdryer but not to worry. I would definitely stay again. Excellent location if you are visiting Liseberg it is directly opposite. The communal kitchen was a bonus and there is a Co-op supermarket next door. Reception staff friendly and helpful on check in. The breakfast was very good quality with plenty to choose from.

I spent one night in Goteborg for an academic conference. I had one of Spoton's single rooms with no window, but it was clean, comfortable bed, good shower. Excellent breakfast in the Sport Cafe.The student on reception was very friendly. The hostel is located far from the centre, 40 minutes fast walking from the University in Vasagaten

It was a bad experience When we arrived there was no one there to guide us, so we parked in front of the car door and got a fine of 850 kroner everything was bad. The second day we were here, our room was not cleaned at all, not even the towels were changed

Room without window, despite the pictures from the confirmed email shows a room with window (only a "Room without windows" somewhere in the email body. Nevertheless, the staff provided us a room with window for the 1st night. Helpfull staff. Breakfast was not good. poor bread, too much fatty food, poor fruits choices.

Enkelt till Liseberg, en del annat att önska.

Vi checkade in i sviten pga nĂ€rheten till Liseberg. Personal i receptionen var vĂ€ldigt hjĂ€lpsam, vi fick checka in flera timmar i förvĂ€g och det var oerhört trevligt att kunna gĂ„ till Liseberg pĂ„ 1 minut tillsammans med barnen. Det var Ă€ven en helt okej frukost. Inget lyxhotellsfrukost, men dĂ€r fanns bqcon, kokta Ă€gg, lite olika bröd o pĂ„lĂ€gg, fil o yoghurt och annat klassiskt. Det enda som tydligt saknades var Ă€ggröran, men i stort var frukosten helt okej. Åker man pĂ„ hotellresa för frukostens skull hade man nog blivit besviken, men i vĂ„rt syfte fungerade det utmĂ€rkt. I övrigt var dĂ€r en del att önska. Av vĂ„ra 3 lampor pĂ„ rummet fungerade bara en. Den andra blinkade och den tredje saknade glödlampa. DĂ€r fanns inga persienner och gardinerna tĂ€ckte ej fönstrerna och med tanke pĂ„ nĂ€rheten till en hĂ„rt trafikerad vĂ€g gjorde det att natten blev rĂ€tt upplyst. TvĂ„len var slut pĂ„ toaletten, men duschtvĂ„len fanns att ta av. I övrigt var det relativt fint o frĂ€scht, skön huvudsĂ€ng och helt okej kuddar om man vek de dubbelt. DĂ€r fanns en liten minikyl stĂ„endes pĂ„ en pall, men den fungerade bara nĂ€r man var pĂ„ rummet med nyckeln i rĂ€tt fack, men kylen luktade rĂ€tt unket sĂ„ vi vĂ„gade inte ha nĂ„got Ă€tbart dĂ€r i. TrĂ„ng dusch och hög toalett, men i övrigt var det okej. NĂ€sta gĂ„ng vi ska till Liseberg kommer vi vĂ€lja annat hotell, men vi Ă€r inte direkt missnöjda dĂ„ Lisberg o anledningen till resan verkligen lĂ„g sĂ„ pass nĂ€ra.

Bra boende. Centralt. Perfekt lÀge nÀra Liseberg dÀr jag spenderade en dag med barnen. Checkade in sent . Fick Àven ett samtal frÄn hotellet innan för att dubbelkolla att vi skulle komma och sÀkerstÀlla att ngn var pÄ plats dÄ vi kom.

Hotell Spoton kan nog bÀttre

Vi bodde tre nÀtter hÀr och det var en besvikelse. Hatthyllan var pÄ vÀg att trilla ner, inga krokar att hÀnga handdukar, ingen hÄllare till toarullen i badrummet, kÀndes som strumporna klibbade pÄ golvet. Det skulle vara stÀdning varje dag enligt infon, men ingen stÀdning hos oss under tiden vi bodde dÀr. Man fick gÄ ut för att komma till dÀr frukosten serverades. Har aldrig Àtit en torrare Àggröra eller segare bacon. Blippen utanför för att komma in till dÀr hissen, funkade inte, utan man fick gÄ in dÀr trappan var och gÄ till den andra dörren och öppna den inifrÄn(min hustru har en rullator och behövde dÄ hissen). Kommer inte att bo hÀr nÄgon mer gÄng. SÀngarna var ok och kaffet, juicen, brödet, kokta Àggen och korven var ok pÄ frukosten.
