I loved being in the city center and staying in an old hotel with all the modern conveniences . The staff is kind personable particularly our house keeper on the third floor. She greeted us with a smile each time we saw each other.The woman in the breakfast area had a great attitude and reminded me of my family from Göteborg .Will definitely recommend your hotel to our friends

Charming property with a lot of charisma. Only remark would be because of the age of the property, the elevators had to be retrofitted which makes for a quirky access.

The parking service at the hotel is expensive. The tap in the bathtube was confusing to use. Other than these two things, the hotel very clean and confortable. The breakfast was delicious.

Two good things about Hotel Flora: Location and the breakfast. Otherwise this hotel was rather disapointing, the room was dark, the windows dirty, the ventiation system was houling like we would be camping in a tent in the storm, the stairways had a toxic burnt smell of rubber over a spam of the 2 nights we were there and lastly we got charged extra for check out 1h later, which I guess is fair but didn't help the service..

Very bad the room was cold my kid got sick because of the room temprature the bed was awful and the service was terrible i asked to change the room because it was cold inside and the bed was small they told me to pay extra never ever this hotel again and do not recommend it as well!!!

Vi hade några jättefina dagar i Göteborg där vi tittade på vårt barnbarn som spelade basket i Göteborgs basket festival och då var det perfekt att bo på hotell Flora. Det blir tredje gången så vi trivs mycket bra där med allt.

Frukosten var väldigt bra, läget bra och personalen trevlig men sängen väldigt liten (140?). Vi missade att kolla detta i förväg så vårt tips är att läsa på under respektive rumstyp för det finns tydligen rum med större sängar. Då hade vi också kunnat sova ordentligt.

Bra hotell med fint läge nära det mesta i centrala Göteborg. Lite mörkt och trångt i korridorerna, men rummen var av OK storlek. Vi blev hänvisade till ett parkerngshus som det skulle ta 7 minuter att åka till. Inte optimalt. Vi hittade en uteparkering med 5 minuters gångväg. En annan besvikelsen var servicen vid frukosten. Tror jag fick säga till 4 ggr om att någon fattades eller var slut. Tallrikar, kaffe, skedar, Juice. Frukosten var bra, så synd att inte servicen var på samma nivå.
