Self-service check in was very smooth. Property is very clean and quiet. Near a bus line. Self-serve breakfast was tasty. Airport shuttle service was very convenient. Staff is friendly. I really enjoyed my conversation with the owner on the ride to the airport. I would definitely stay here again!

This was my second visit. Close to airport, clean and quiet. Cold breakfast buffet of cereals, yoghurt, bread and chilled spreads as well as chilled breakfast sandwiches. There may have been a toaster oven for those, not sure. Coffee machine. My only issues are that they list in-room AC, but there is no in-room control, just a vent. AC was not on during my July stay, but it was a cool day and an open window was good enough. The only other issue is that they use door codes for all entrances and rooms. Between the hotel and Expedia, my door code couldn't be found for a while. The desk clerk was kind enough to let me into my room and they found the code before I had to leave for a meeting, so it all worked out.

Good hotel

Good and peaceful hotel, what i liked the most Is that you have food and water available 24 h/day. Celine of the reception was so helpful, noce and sweet!

There was never staff during the "staffed hours". They made me pay for a cab, and never returned my call forcing my wife and I to walk 30 min from the airport.

Hotel was good for one night . Very close to airport. Was clean and tidy . However, I have emailed the hotel few times and also called them to book me transfer from airport to hotel which the owner of hotel did book me a taxi . I waited in airport for taxi driver for 1.20 min and did not arrive. I called the owner of hotel twice after midnight to tell him where is the taxi . He said initially 12 minutes to arrive and then after 49 min I called him again and he said taxi is another 24 min away . I was very exhausted and tired and could not wait for his taxi anymore so I told him that I can’t wait anymore and he agreed. I booked another taxi which cost me about 50 euros for 3 mins or max 5 min drive . In the morning, the son of hotel owner a very young gentleman , he was very kind, polite and respectful . He shuttled me to airport. I thank the son of hotel owner a lot

Disappointed

It was very disappointing as there was no one to contact regarding the shuttle bus that is mentioned in the synopsis about the hotel and the services it offers.There was no one available to speak to apart from a cleaner who was very helpful but couldn't contact anyone either. Consequently I had to get taxis from the airport and back even though on the day I checked out the shuttle bus was there but no driver to be seen .The front desk never opened. I only got the access codes for the building and my room because I messaged hotels.com as the information was not sent in an email in a timely manner.l was travelling alone and could easily have been left stood outside the property with no means to get in and it was after 10pm!! On a final note the WiFi password was not available readily in the apartment myself and another guest were looking if for on arrival. In the morning I met the cleaner who was able to give me the password. All in all a very disappointed experience that could have resulted in me having to book somewhere else to stay at last minute due to lack of timely information. I have raised a complaint with the hotel requesting reimbursement for my taxi fares no surprise as yet no reply!

Smidig incheck som görs själv med en kod. Rena, tysta och trevliga rum. Trots varmt ute så var det svalt och skönt på rummet. Perfekt med parkering utanför.
