"Visited the resort for a short girlfriends get away, we were treated very welcoming and had the most amazing experience from check in to check out. We will most definitely return again. "

"It was just an ok experience. I didn’t not like that the front desk lady did not give me a pass to leave the hotel and the guard at the entrance would let me leave unless I got a pass and I had to go back wait in line to received said pass. I have never in my life been required to have a pass to leave a hotel. That was not a good experience."

"Very nice, clean hotel. The lift doesn’t always come but thankfully it did on the days we moved luggage. Breakfast was simple but very nice, made to order. It’s away from beach and downtown so be prepared to get taxis (uber or local). Otherwise very nice and staff were very friendly and helpful. "

"Absolutely loved this hotel - the staff were so kind, hotel is adorable and clean. We would stay here again, so many great places to eat around the hotel along with a great coffee shop inside the hotel. "

"The room was very clean, the bed was excellent, I rested very well, and they are located very centrally near restaurants."

"We stay at Four Points for a few days every year before heading further south. Close to major shopping needs-Costco, Chedraui etc. Underground secure parking is nice to have. Room had a few issues-TV didn’t work but was addressed quickly. Very few towels provided so had to request more, but this was also dealt with promptly. Overall a comfortable stay."
