"I stayed from Saturday until Tuesday and no one ever stopped by to change sheets, bring towels or toilet paper until I called for them to bring it. I will be making a different choice next time I am in this area. It’s a clean hotel but housekeeping is too limited for my liking. The rooms are also not sound proof because the group of teenagers making noise throughout the hotel running around definitely disturbed my peace. "

"Our room was very dirty no housekeeping for the 5 nights we were there. I requested dishes for 2 people but none was available because we had a kitchen suite. The furniture was very dusty with mold a rust in bathroom sink & around shower faucet & shower, I had to use our garbage can to catch the water from bathroom sink. Breakfast consisted of a coffee or tea & a Nutri grain bar. We would never stay thereagain"

"Were given a room w/ 1 bed. We reserved 2 queen beds. Went back to the office, and he sent us to a different building with dog poop in the parking lot and a dirty hallway. Only 2 pillows on each bed for four people. Went back and requested more towels and pillows. He came back with 1 pillow, told me we should be fine because we already had 1 pillow per person and they only had 1 pillow left. Mold on the shower curtain & bathroom ceiling. 2 of the outlets including the 1 in between the beds are broken. That 1 doesn’t work unless pressed in on, so the bedside light doesn’t work either. 1 of the bedside lights is snapped, so it wouldn’t turn on safely if plugged into a working outlet. The outlet that the microwave is plugged into comes out of the wall if you try to unplug anything from it. There were only 4 outlets to begin w/. 2 of them have the appliances plugged into them, so there aren’t enough plugs to charge our phones for the night. The microwave has the plastic piece that turns the turntable snapped off. The furniture is all dirty and broken. There’s no coffee maker in the room. I remember seeing something about coffee available, but after the response I got when asking for the pillows/towels we needed, I hate to think what the response would be if I asked about it since there clearly wasn’t any in the office. We were kept up past midnight by a man in the next room screaming obscenities for multiple hours and when we left there was dog poop smeared on the hallway floor. "

"It is a nice modern hotel in the center of town, but in a place that is easy to get to. I liked the fact that they had a pool table in the lobby and a great restaurant around the back. Would def recommend. "
