"I would say this hotel is basic plus. Furniture and facilities bit worn, but clean. Staff polite. Utter lack of meaningful places to hang wet towels. Decent parking marred by contractor trucks parked across multiple spaces. Room oddly humid. Nice breakfast."

"So I stayed at the property before and had an omni lotalty membership. The check in clerk couldn't find my number so instead of asking me for it she created a new account which caused all sorts of issues then served me warm champagne in a plastic water cup. Not the check in experience I expect from this property. other than that, everything else was lovely. We really enjoy going to the warm springs pool."
