「Pros: The hotel is in an excellent location. The indoor pool is excellent. The staff were somewhat helpful but seemed disinterested. The restaurant staff were excellent and food was good despite the buffet style. Cons: if you expect solid wifi you will not get it here. We had no wifi and were told the problem was an iPhone issue. The shower is poorly designed so the water gets on the floor, and we had few towels. We had to request towels twice. There is little parking so if you drive getting...

「Worst staff ever. So rude. The cuban woman was ghetto. Lucia at check in didn’t even greet us. No valet, we had to unload and park our own car after a 7 hour drive. We found a different hotel after the first night. The restaurant was also less than mediocre. I would not stay here again and would recommend others find somewhere else.’plenty of options 」

「酒店位置离开中心城区比较远。酒店一楼是餐厅酒吧，二楼的房间深夜之前根本没法入睡。下午两点到酒店的时候，说所有房间都在打扫，要15点以后才能入住，让存下行李先出去玩，等17点回来比较累直接给了108房间钥匙。结果就没发现房间特别吵闹，20点晚餐时间到凌晨2点根本不能睡觉，这个酒店不适合来度假的人们。」

「Tudo péssimo! Na verdade não é um hotel.. muito menos resort! Não tem um frigobar.. luzes não fincionavam, nem tomadas.. parecia mais um prédio que leuha apartamentos. Não.tinha carregador de malas, cobram o estacionamento e isso não constava no anúncio, a manutemlnção do quarto e do prédio de maneira geral é pessima. No baheiro o ralo estava solto 」

「The pictures in Expedia do not show in reality the conditions of the hotel. It is not a hotel, it is a house with many rooms in poor condition. Bathroom with mold everywhere. 」

「The first room was not good (has a bad washroom smell). I asked the front desk for another room. Julio, the attendant at the moment, moved me to a different room, which was in much better condition. The breakfast was included (it was simple, the coffee was good, they didn't offered eggs) Location was great: 1 block from Playa Brava and 2 blocks from Gorlero ave. You get what you paid for. Overall, this hotel is a 2 start hotel in Punta Del Este.」
