"Beautiful pre-cruise stay. Concierge services booked airport transfer and a guided day trip for 8 to Slovenia. (Castle and Caverns) Impeccable service all around. Extensive breakfast buffet was high quality and greatly enjoyed by our group. The location was great for walking and access. The hotel also arranged baggage transfer to cruise ship making for an easy embarkation. Rooms are elegant, comfortable and sparkling in every detail. Best stay of our trip!!"

"We stayed here a night early for a cruise. This hotel had the most comfortable beds in the world. Thick soft mattress. Its very conveniently located to the seaport, walking distance. Great places to eat and things to look at. The staff was excellent. It was very quiet unless you opened the window. The shower was a 10 on a 1-10 scale. I would stay here again with hesitation."

"We stayed at Rikli Balance Hotel for 3 nights and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel is modern, stylish and spotlessly clean, with excellent facilities and a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere. Our room was spacious, comfortable and very well maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, and nothing felt like too much trouble. The location is also excellent, with Lake Bled, restaurants and shops all within easy walking distance. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Everything about our stay was smooth and enjoyable, and the hotel was a perfect base for visiting Bled. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend Rikli Balance Hotel. 10/10 – an excellent stay!"
