"We stayed in the Rhubarb room and lived the complete kitchen with a huge wet bar! Also having a coffee table and comfortable chairs/sofa was nice. Plenty of beds (5) for most families. The check in process was slightly confusing. Read the email carefully. The entry door was tough to find but it is right by the Restaurant du Banneret. The location was perfect, right by the Chateau. "It would have been good to have instructions on how to enter the indoor parking facility. It was a shame also that the charging stations were not operational although advertised as available online. There was no option to check out on the self service screen at the reception."

"It looks like the business is starting from scratch with this econcierge thing. I think they need experience to find the correct balance. I was there for two days, the only rubbish bin in my room was a very small one in the bathroom. It may work for one night stay but if someone stay few days they may fill up the room with rubbish. Experience should put these new business niggles right."
