「Excellent hostess. Beds in the Family Cottage were comfortable, but a little hard to climb into due to the height off the floor. There was a small stool, but we are old! LOL Would stay again but in a room with lower beds. Susan was great.」

「Pool and lobby were under remodelation but the employee was accommodating and provided the continental breakfast even tho the breakfast area was closed. The rooms were remodeled a couple of months ago. We were able to relax and had a good night. 」

「Room was filthy, with flies and insects, it was non smoking but smelled like an ashtray. Found a dead rat in the parking lot. Terrible experience 」

「The hotel is so bad, it should not be operational. The room and hotel were not as advertised. The room was not cleaned, mold on the ceilings, bathroom, and in the fridge, there were cracks in the walls all the way to the ceiling, and brown matter on the walls. Upon addressing the issues with staff, they said the cleaning staff could not do anything until the next morning and we could not have another room. I asked for a remodeled room and was told there were none.」

「Room was clean, condition of the overall room was pretty bad. We were put in a handicap room for some reason which was not the issue, someone had pulled the curtain closing rods off the curtain along with pulling the curtain off the curtain rod. The bathroom had one of the towel rods had one of the supports pulled out of the wall. The water pressure in the shower barrel can out of the shower head and cleared the fixture. The bathroom sink bowl was too small for the opening in the bathroom...
