「The shower did not for 3 days and the property refused to fix or accommodate a room change. We also expected a self catering accommodation however we only had a microwave. Trying to reach out to the property is near enough impossible as they do not answer the phone and the customer service is awful as we were promised a full refund and are still waiting on the property to get in contact with Expedia. The owner had let someone stay in one of the rooms in the rented apartment that I had booked while I was there. I did feel safe to go out or even use the shower as there was someone else there who I did not know. It was like a bad flophouse.」
