"The room walls needed to be cleaned and there were missing fixtures in bathroom and the room which were highly concerning tbe fire alarm was also missing and the worst was the pillows smelled like smoke yet it was a non smoking room"

"Booked this hotel because la quita has always been one of my go to hotels. Unfortunately, I was not happy with this one. I have never been to Seguin. I was there for my daughter’s softball tournament. It had been a long while since we had been out of town and my son was very excited to be able to get in the swimming pool. As we got to the gate it had a lock. I went to the front desk to ask if it was closed for maintenance and the lady at the front said it was closed for the season. Like what were in Texas it’s not like it was snowing… I asked to speak with the manager and she refused she said there was no manager available. I asked for a discount at least and the lady straight up told me no. She was very rude and inconsiderate. Also for the breakfast time when I arrived the lady told me from 6-9 am. Next morning there was so breakfast until 7… it was very limited choice as well…. Never again "

"When booking my stay I filtered by pet friendly, price to make my choice however when I checked in the staff informed me they do not accept pets and did not care what the website showed. He said animals make the room smell however based on the other reviews, the rooms smelled anyway. We were rejected from our stay and left at a loss. "
