「I initially booked this place for one night because I wasn’t sure how the place was going to be and also the price threw me off a bit. I thought the price was a bit low. De Ace court caught me by surprise. If I’m not boasting I would say it’s one of the most beautiful, cleanest and cozy places I have stayed in Ghana. The staff were very respectful and security was top notch. The owner was very respectful, responsible, and kind gentleman. His service was top notch. I will not hesitate to rebook...

「Booked and paid for stay using hotels.com After driving from Accra- those who know understand, I was pushed away in a very unprofessional manner by the female receptionist. She was NOT trying to hear what I was nor interested in the receipt or booking info. The manager and hotels.com has since apologized but be forwarded about booking.」

「Slight trouble with check in. Agent wasn't aware of paid room by using app. Was made to wait for manager to verify reservation. After giving my room to another guest, I was able to get to it the next day. Tub and water wasn't working, need height to control ac-- no remote, TV started to work as I was leaving. 」
