「The Samba Hotel is a really nice hotel in Luanda. There was an incident with the booking where Hotels.com did not specify the room that we booked to the hotel. Therefore our room was not available when we arrived. The hotel accommodated us and the manager was very helpful after everything was understood Hotels.com and Expedia need to do better communicating with the properties so the hotels are not trying to fix a mistake not made by them. 」

「I did not like the condition that in the morning they don’t clean the room, it was my wedding day and I needed the room cleaned for pictures. After a lot of talking they send someone (staff) to clean that made us very clear that she was not happy to do it!! Second they have iron for clothes in the rooms. Anything you have to pay to ironed! I like the hotel but they have to improve and be more friendly with guests」

「Fuyez cet hôtel ce sont des bandits ! La semaine dernière nous sommes arrivé le matin de l’aéroport pour apprendre que nous n’avions pas de chambres disponibles pour cause de surbooking. Nous avons trouvé un autre hôtel 4 fois moins cher à proximité. Depuis je ne peux obtenir le remboursement par hôtel.com car ils prétendent qu’ils avaient des chambres ! De plus l’hôtel est mal situé, il n’y a pas d’eau chaude dans les chambres (informations de mes collègues) et il n’y a pas de piscine en...
