"Amazing"

"Front desk staff needs more training how to treat guest. They are the face of the business. We met a lady in the afternoon that was very cut and dry. A gentleman in the adternoon during our check in that did not greet us upon arrival, didnt even look at us. My husband ask how his day was going he didnt answer! Look at the computer the entire time. Very rude. Only during our departure that we met Ms. Shavin during our checkout. She was nice. Besides that, breakfast is a little poor considering Marriott standard and price."

"Hotel lobby and main area had nice decor, however theRoom had the feel of a 2 star motel. Has not been updated since the 1980s. Bed frame was off-kilter and the bed moved like a see-saw. On the up side, the staff were understanding and allowed us to change rooms at 4am so we could get some sleep. Breakfast was resort -like and excellent. Swimming pool was ok."

"The pool was nice as was the tiki bar, although the pool could have been cleaned more often. One of our towels in the room had a hair on it so we had to request new ones. They really don't clean your room while you are there unless you specifically ask for something. The property is getting a little run down from what I remember last year. It seems they defer maintenance until absolutely necesssary. The look on our balcony door was barely functional and the screws holding the latch plate in plave were holding on for dear life. They were quick tp give replacement pool towels and parking passes so overall not bad. They just need to work on cleanliness and maintenance more."

"Rooms: floor had cracks in vinyl, shower had chaulking a piece of shower wall, i wont mention the hair in the towels. I would not stay without my husband. Shady people in parking lot."
