"This is a budget hotel - so don`t expect anything more. It is good value for money and in a location about 10 - 15 minutes walk from Chiang Saen centre. There are no cafes close to the hotel so be prepared to walk or take a ride to the centre of Chiang Saen. The staff are friendly and helpful."

"This is a first class relaxing place in a fantastic location. The rooks are magnificent with everything one needs and the views are spectacular. There is a large swimming pool, a hot large jacuzzi, a recreational area and large working fireplace and a good dining area. Highly recommend."

"Location is great but the place is unfortunately poorly maintained. Rooms are ok but bathroom was dirty. Closet broken as well as rack for hanging towels. Pool has a spectacular view but extremely limited opening hours. Breakfast very basic. Be aware of mosquitoes, there are a lot!"
