「This hotel was very, very nice! It is adults only which we appreciated. The staff was very attentive and accommodating. The only thing I have to say is that there are fragrance reeds in all the rooms and also pumped into the hallways. So if you have a fragrance issue, I would ask them to remove any reeds before you get there. Other than that you are in the middle of everything! You’re steps away from the Isabel Bridge to take you to Triana. Everything else was walking distance as you are...

I wish the pool area was a bit cleaner but then again, we came at the beginning of spring. Beds were extremely hard and the perfume/scent in the hotel was overbearing and took a while to get used to. 「The place is nice, the room was clean, and the breakfast was good. However, when we first arrived, the person at reception, Jose, repeatedly got the room number wrong for my key card. If you don’t mind dealing with that kind of clumsiness, then I think the hotel is great.」

「We stayed 4 nights. Note the Reinoso seems to be the newer section of the main hotel Murillo, and has a separate entrance on the other side of the laneway. We were originally given a ground floor room which was a bit dark and I found noisy (I am a light sleeper). Maya at reception found us another room on the 2nd floor and it was perfect for our needs. She was the stand out, warm and friendly all the time, unlike some of the others on reception who didn't bother to say hello or good evening...
